The WCDF World Championships are made possible thanks to the help of volunteers!
We are looking for people who can help us at Worlds, so join the team of volunteers and receive a refund towards your event pass.
To participate as a volunteer:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Agree to comply with the Volunteer Guidelines.
- Send your motivation and experience as volunteer in other events.
- Your language skills.
You must pay for your full Competitor Pass or Spectator Pass when you register! Reimbursements will be processed back to you at Worlds or by Bank transfer as soon as possible after the event.
There are three volunteer options:
- Option 1: A refund toward a Full competitor Pass (156€) in exchange for a minimum 16 hours of volunteer work.
- Option 2: A discount of 100€ or on your package in exchange for a minimum 10 hours of volunteer work.
- Option 3: Special present, If you are only available for a few hours, let us know and we’ll find a place for you!

Please include the following in your email:
- Name, email address, contact phone number
- Your age
- Your motivation and experience
- Volunteer Option 1, 2, or 3
- Any desired assignments
- Times you are not available
- Language skills
When your information is received and evaluated you will get an email with the Volunteer Guidelines/agreement and available volunteer positions. Once you agree with your assignment, you will receive more information about what we expect about you.
